Couple going into bankruptcy w/2 houses. They wish to l/o one of my subject 2 houses for 24 months. Is is possible to get one of their houses subject 2??? Should I get them to sign the house over to me before or after they file??? Seems to me their primary house can be saved and I could then do a subject 2 on it. Any thoughts???
