I’ve been approached by a would-be seller of a partial (front end) of a note on a double-wide in a MHP in S OR.

Looks like a solid, seasoned, well secured note on a '99 Redman doublewide and home buyer has made every payment on time just as agreed for last 3 years.

Note seller is motivated enough to take a nice discount and he’d guarantee the note…a young guy wanting to use the sales proceeds to go back to school.

I’ve bought several like this one but I just got my $$$ committed on another project so I’m passing it on.
