I buy and sell mobile homes using Ernest Tew’s lease option forms (rent to own), if anyone else out there does this using Ernests’ forms, would you recommend forming an “S” corporation or an LLC? Thanks for the info…

Joe,For flipping I use a C corp.An S corp works well when starting out.For buy/hold I use LLC’s.Just my 2 cents.

For those of us soaking up all we can, would you please expand a bit on your rationale for using each of the entities (S-corp, C-corp, LLC) in each situation? Many thanks.
