Could be a nice ancillary income flow, provided you segregate the storage yard from the park with fencing and screening. Two reasons: first, the obvious security issues. Second, preserving the curb appeal of the park if you in fact want to build investment value.
I think a simple month-to-month rental agreement would suffice, perhaps with a provision to not allow occupancy of the RVs while stored. Should also include the usual liability disclaimers, an insurance policy, and a lawyer to make sure both are in order.

one idea for instantly increasing income for a mostly empty park is to rent the spaces for non-hookup RV and boat storage, until the rest of the park is filled with MHs, and then the spaces can be de-RV’d to put in more MHs.
Gotta talk to the county about if i can do this or not, depending on land use and zoning, but if they say OK, then I will need some kind of idea how to set up the thing.
Thinking maybe the self-storage people have something for RV storage?
