Hi Tammy…

I was thinking about purchasing LeGrand’s
or Kasier’s course. Which one would be the best
to buy first to start with ? Thanks.

I attended Russ Whitney’s free seminar today and did purchase the program because I do not know a thing about real estate. I want to invest and buy property to flip but do not know how. Should I send the program back? Please advise. I have three business days.

I have taken the Russ Whitney 3 day course and alsthough there was a lot of surface info for the novice investor, it was basically a 3 day come on where at the end of the 3 days you were going to have to purchase muchmore expensive courses and boot camps to take you to the next step before you would have enough info and confidence to strike out and start applying the techniques.

My recommendation is exercise your 3 day cancelation.

Get your money back and purchase a course from this website. I personnally like Ron Legrand and Joe Kaiser. Joe Kaiser is very active in News Group I.

I think your probably better off with the Carlton Sheets course. From what I understand the CS course is cheaper and better. I have personally attended one of Russ whitney free seminars and was not all that impressed. I felt I was being pushed into buying not only his no money down course (which was highly over priced) but also into his equity corp. business. And if they couldnt sell me that, he had wide variety of books for sale. I personally feel that you will be happier with CS course, and Im sure it will be a lot cheaper. I dont know how much you paid but, I do know you can get Charltons course for about $180.

How much did you pay for the program? - Posted by John J.

It depends on how much you paid for it.
