Both are great. The main difference is that the Sheets info is written more in an acedemia style.

Russ Whitney’s info is more laymen’s terms. I recommend both. Why not start very inexpensively by buying each of their 12.00 books. You should be able to get them on Amazon.com - Barnesnobles.com, etc.

That would be a very small investment and give you plenty of info to decide for yourself which one better suits your style.
