I just picked up his course and found it to be worth every dime. I have used other systems over the past 8 years and would highly recommend the course to anybody. I have never spent any tiome in new your and don’t know anything about the area. His course is designed to woork anywhere. Good luck in your investing ventures.

Yes, go for it! I have a closing tommorrow that will net me about $10,000.00. My last closing netted me a down payment of $11,000.00 and a second mortgage of $13,950.00. My information from Legrand was expensive, or, was it?
He is not the only one selling info, but, from the ones I have gotten, his is by far the best.
Spend the money, if you are serious about investing, and, reap the benefits. If you are not serious, and , are just shopping, don’t buy anybody’s info. Just get all the free stuff you can get.
Oh, by the way, I did buy Legrands 3 “mods” for $997.00.

Did anyone reply to Terry’s request? I’d like to buy the courses, too, but $1000 is an awful lot for me to spend right now. Any used courses out there?

His courses are the best out there. You might want to start of with Carlton Sheets and then once you have a basic understanding go to Legrand’s material. He is very clear and precise in his materials. He has an annual real estate convention in Orlando January 26, 2000 at the Clariden Hotel. I believe it costs $119. to attend and they provide a wealth of information. By the way, they are also going to try to sell you books and tapes. But, the truth of the matter is that in the quick turn real estate business, he is probably the best at teaching it and actual experience!
I WILL SELL MY 3 MOD RON LEGRANDE COURSE WORTH $997 FOR $650. IT HAS ALL THE TAPES AND WORK BOOKS. GREAT COURSE. I MADE OVER A MILLION WITH IT IN JUST 4 YEARS.LET ME KNOW

No, I still listen to the info on a daily (almost) basis. You just cannot absorb all the info at a few listenings. If you want to be a successful real estate investor, you will find a way to buy his info. If you can’t find a way to come up with $1200.00, you might want to reconsider R E I.
Regardless of what some people say, you do have to have some money to do the business. I don’t think anybody teaches it better than LeGrand. Some people have specific courses, such as L/O, but I don’t know anybody that is as thorough as LeGrand, at any price.

Would like a Ron Legrand student or Morgage broker doing private lending to consult with me. I have plenty of sources of capital and borrowers and need a little mentoring in private lending. Thanks!
I just stumbled across this news group this week–it’s been my education highlight of the month. I too was inquiring Ron Legrand’s courses (but also have Carlton Sheets course)—now, I know what to do! Thanks, CJ
