Ron LeGrand’s L/O contracts are in his “L/O Cash Flow System” course. While Ron’s a great teacher of the business, his contracts are lacking.
You would be better off buying William Bronchick’s L/O course (available on this website) with FAR SUPERIOR contracts and forms.

While I agree with Monique that Bronchick does have a really good course, I do disagree that Ron Legrand is a waste of time.
You can find his contracts for sale fairly easily on EBay. There are a couple of guys there who sell you photocopies of them with instructions for filling them out, so check carefully what you’re purchasing and don’t overspend if you don’t want to buy the whole course.
