Which student of LeGrand’s is teaching the course using private money? Do you have a web address?
Thanks!

I read a couple of posts from people who’ve purchased Ron Legrand’s Cash Flow Systems. His systems go for much higher than Sheets’ on ebay. Is there a reason for this? What is the soonest anyone has started after buying Ron’s stuff?

One Week!

The answer to your question may be me. I bought my first wholesale junker one week after studying Ron’s Cash Flow Systems. I made $12000 on that deal and am presently doing about 2 each month. Everything that I do to make money is based on those courses. They are more expensive than Sheets’ stuff because they are more in depth than his. It took days to listen to all of the cds, but it’s been the best thing that I have EVER done for my future.

I have Ron’s FSBO course and 2 wholesale courses
(from other folks) and was very curious to know how you were to find a junker in a week that you were able to make 12K on by wholesaling. I have got to make my move ASAP into this for my family’s sake and my sanity, being broke just never has been fun, no matter how I cut it.
I would like to wholesale my first house by the end of Feb.

How do you handle the financing? I have heard that hard money lenders rake you over the coals.

What does rake you over the coals mean? If you have to pay 3-10K + to get the money and you can make 20K + and have no other option to get the money. Seems like a good deal to me. Don’t be cheap and cost yourself money. Just facto in your cost of money to the deal. Never be upset that someone is making money or you won’t succeed.

Okay, I have heard that using private money is the way to go. One of LeGrand’s students who has his own course uses private money. I’m just debating my options before I get started.
