Thanks Pete but I’m not really convinced. I don’t see any comments from anyone who actually went through the $5k program (on sale for $3k according to his free seminar I attended last night).
The seminar was interesting but was primarily aimed at newbiews. I didn’t see where a more experienced investor would get (much) new information. The host did mention information on commercial real estate and private investors funding would be given. So I’m still not sure. I’m trying to do more research on his DealMaker Pro software.

I was just getting online to ask the very same thing. He has a free seminar tomorrow in Philadephia and I plan on taking the 1 1/2 hour drive to check it out.
An experienced husband and wife REI team and good friends of mine gave him very good reviews. They go to several seminars and workshops a year - many they like, some they think were a waste of time. After spending about $8-9k in workshop fees and his dealmaker pro software, they are in the process of securing private investors for their commercial deals (they previously worked the residential market with hard money - now they got some big money folks interested after using his software to put their package together). They also give his teleconference classes (1 year free with the seminar and deal maker pro purchase) good reviews.
They got me very interested as the last workshop I attended was the Lender’s Workshop a year ago. So it’s definitely continuing education time.
If anyone has any experience with Robert Allen, please let us know.
