Robert Allen was my origonal source of motivation and strategy. He is a great motivator but he is into a lot of “stuff”. Selling stuff, writing stuff, teaching stuff whatever he thinks is hot in the moment. He comes and goes in the real-estate arena as he finds a new nich that can be explored or he needs a new income stream. I dont know what he is up to right now.
