I like his older books but I wouldn’t buy any of his new stuff. It strikes me as phony, made up to sell to suckers.

I will stick to his books and tapes. His two latest books Multiple Streams of Income and Multiple streams of income in the Internet are very good basic info. His older books Nothing Down and Creating Wealth are great. Some chapters maybe outdated, but still super!!

The books are great and resourceful, but remember: His niche is the information brokering business. The high fee is not worth your time. There is nothing there that you couldn’t do on your own. Good luck.
