Not really.

Robert Allen offer - Posted by Kirk

I was offered a spot as an exclusive member of a group Robert Allen is putting together to create successful real estate investors in a year. They are offering a personal teacher, all the materials, and a money back guanantee. The purchase price to buy into the program is about $9000. Does anyone know or have any personal experience with this program or with Robert Allen?

I am trying to decide if I want to “take the plunge” on what appears to be a good offer.

Thanks for the information,

Kirk

Read this article. Should give you a clue of what you’ve been offered…

You were “offered a spot” Don’t be flattered. This “spot” is available to anyone, anytime, anywhere if they’ve got $9000.

I paid $3000 to Robert Allen for his Protege program and I was not satisfied. The study material which they send was too old. Some was recorded in 1980s when FHA loans required no qualification to transfer. Every 3 or 4 months they have Retreats in LA and other parts of US but the only thing they do is sell your more material.
Things which I have noticed:

  • Robert Allen don’t keep all promices. Which I joined he said that this will be the last group where he will coach personally. That was the reason I joined, but it was not true.
  • The price change as per your motivation. For Protege program initially they told me $5000. When I said it is too costly and I want time to think, they called after one week to inform that they have reduced the price to $3000 for me.

My advice will be to talk to more people who are talking the same program before spending $9000.

Kirk:

Here you go –

My undergraduate is in accounting and I have an MBA. Regional VP for a Fortune 500 firm.

I have been investing in real estate for about four years. Both buy and hold as well as fixer uppers.

Will do it for about $5,000. The difference:

With me you get

  1. Someone who ACTUALLY is an active real estate investor.

  2. I promise I will not try to sell you anything else.

  3. You’ll have my undivided attention to assist you.

Would you do it? Probably not. Pass on this. For $9,000, you can buy quite a bit of real estate.

Just my thoughts.
