Hey there, I got an email that linked me to Rob Blake’s page. He’s selling a paper investing system, he’s a mortgage broker, so I assume he knows what he’s talking about. He says he’s a friend of Bill Bronchik’s, so Bill if you see this, give me the skinny on this guy. Someone on here said it was a good book, I was going to in the flipping business, but, it’s too hard to find enough crappy properties in decent neighborhood’s to make good money my area at least.
