At first look it appears you have no recourse. However, the laws in each state are different and you really need an attorney to let you know what you can and cannot do.

on my sub division survey and on my deed it states all three parcels have their own easement parcel (a proposed Driveway) When I contacted the other land owners they did not want to invest in the road, to make a wide 50’ one, so I maintained the road and the $60k investment. Now the one land owner who recently just purchased a parcel wants to use my road for logging and firewood sales, (destroying what I have maintained since 1988. What legal right do I have to block the road to further stop this destruction?
