Barring fraud or some other unusual circumstance, once you deed a house to someone, you’ve given it to them…you don’t get to simply “change your mind” later.

Is there a way to revoke a quit claim if the recipiant is not willing to revoke it? What about your wishes in a will? The person changed their mind as to who to leave the house to.

Vicki,
Your will can be changed any time as long as you are of sound mind. If someone forces you to change your will the changes are not valid. Of course the will you have at your death is your final will.
