Just do it the usual way. Market it as a super deal but don’t mention it as a short sale. My reasoning would be that the sellers could be hurt due to the fact that they did lose their home. The whole world and their friends and family don’t need to know why. Don’t even bother with buyers who aren’t approved and tell the buyer it may take longer to get to closing. Herbster
