First, use of all caps gives bad first impression, is amateurish, so suggest you might want to cease that practice now.

Second, if the deals’ done, I wouldn’t worry about it, and just tell buyer you’ll need to consult your lawyer about this, and that he needs to put his complaint in writing to you so you can pass it on to your lawyer. Chances are good that will be the last you’ll hear from him.

I RECENTLY SOLD MY HOME AND THE BUYER PAID THE FEE TO FILE THE QUIT CLAIM DEED AS WAS APART OF THE CLOSING COSTS. THE BUYER IS NOW SAYING IT WAS MY DUTY TO PAY THESE FEES. THE SALE WENT THROUGH IN THE END OF DECEMBER. WHO IS SUPPOSE TO BE RESPONSIBLE?
