I have a line on a MH that is being repo’d by Greentree (that is what the notice on the MH says). It gives a reference number and an 800 number to call. I know nothing else about it i.e. year, make etc.
What is the proper way to proceed on this? Just call them? How do I make an offer if I’m interested after finding out the details? By phone, letter? Anyone with experience with these folks, I would appreciate your input…my first attempt. Thanks much.
