Just thought I would post this quick. I am suppose to be talking to a group that has some great REO packages today. I will see what they have to offer, and then will post results or feedback.

If you are looking for REO’s please contact me directly. My company represents 40 banks and we buy 5,000 properties per month. Properties are bought for $10K per property and resold for $15K per property in packages of about 100 properties. The majority of the properties retail for avg $80-$100K.
