I think it would take the right situation for this to hold up under IRS scrutiny, don’t you? I can see the potential for a substantial business with maybe 4 or 5 people on the board of directors. But I don’t think this is something you should try if you are the typical one-man corporation with your spouse being the only other board member. It would be pretty hard to justify $800 per day for you and your wife to have a place to hold a meeting to talk about your 10 rental properties. I think the IRS would consider this to be abusive, to say the least. Agree?
