Standard rental agreements are available from the stationary store. They are usually basic agreements for your area. Add whatever you need to them.

I would appreciate it if someone could send me a rental agreement of some sort. I was going to sell the MH that I have tied up in legal stuff to the guys living in it, but as most of you know the “Park Mgrs. Stole My Money” story, I don’t have the title to sign over to them. Until this is cleared up, I agreed to call it “Rent” instead of payment. The rent will go towards the payment since I agreed to sell it to them. Currently my sales agreement is not legal since I don’t legally own the home. I think I should use a generic rental agreement form. Thanks to all that respond.
