It’s probably more of a book-keeping issue than an “accounting” issue. We use Quickbooks, and a CPA to do returns and year-end closing. Day-to-day is really about book-keeping.

I am ready to close on my first two rental properties. Which accounting package should I purchase to run the books of my newly formed corporation? Any “must have” reading on the subject?
