I asked the callers to leave their name and address. What kind of post card can I send them? What kind of information do I include on it. Should I tell them how rent to own works, and what is needed to do a rent to own? I know when I talk to them many will ask how does rent to own work, can I explain it in a mailing to them or wait til they look at one of my rent to own properties? Thanks

I have a nice brochure that I send my Rent to own folks. It explains the process and has an application on it so they can fill it out and fax it back.
