Does anyone know about or had any dealings with this company? The company is Renovate America and they are located in Fort Myers Florida(www.nwred.com). I went through the whole process and before I go any further want to see if anyone has done it before. Thanks for your help … Toby
The company is legit. Spotless record with the BBB. Actual real estate deals done. Evidence on the web. They have hundreds of happy Customers. The people saying these negative things here are full of it. I do not believe them.
The company offers cutiing edge information. Top notch consultation, and finacing resources. As with anything in life, you get out of it what you put into it. If you cannot follow through on this, then you should not be in the real estate business. I notice all the negative responses are about 800# and company profiles. That holds such little water that I know the people posting them are not for real. It works if you work it.

It works for those that work it. Any information is only as good as the person who is working it. If Spud is badmouthing it, it is because Spud can’t do it.
I also did some investigating over the weekend. Talked with some friends, the missus, and did an archive search. My advice?
STAY AWAY and RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN
There, that should do it.
If you don’t mind blowing $500 as fast as you can say " no money down" then this is the deal for you.
They are simply in the business to take your money and have NO intention of ever funding a deal. It took me three days to find this out, but now I know it for myself.
I saved $500 and just saved each of you $500. I’ll take 10% of that for a fee, thank you.
Kidding aside, keep your money and read all you can and ask lots of questions. Nothing worth doing is easy and nobody is going to give you money to fund R/E deals just because you’re handsome or cute.
Unfortunately you can not believe Larry, as his e-mail address does not exist. Try to send him a message yourself and you’ll see!!! He must be a Company Man spreading false propaganda using a false identity.
From reading your response about NW RED I asume you have received & are using there program. If this is true please let me know if you have been sucessful with it,as I am considering becoming an associate. Would relly like to here from you prior to investing that much money. Thanks Again,quartermaster64@hotmail.com
I have been associated with Renovate America for 6 years. I have closed deals with them and made good money. They work well with people who work with them. They are not interested in negative attitudes like some of the people here. It is not their fault if you cannot do this. Take responsibilty for your own failures. The company is full of decent, hard working investors and real estate professionals. I reccommend them highly.
I’ve been researching this opportunity now for a few days. I am get negative feedback about this outfit. I think I am going to try another investment opportunity.
Great company. Solid information, experienced people to work with. Free training and financing resources. Enough said! Oh1 by the way Mark’s email address is bogus.
I just returned from their training Oct 9-12, 2000 in Atlanta. They will be in 30 other cities this coming year. They did not try to sell anything to anybody while there. No bump ups like others. The training was great. The instructors professional and experienced. They unveiled thei new 15,00 SF training and office center planned to open in July 2001. And they presented actual deals done by real people and current deals under contract. All this for $595.00 not the thousands that others charge. I feel like I found the real thing. Join, it is worth it. And don’t take any advice from negative people name Johnboy. Johnboy! You have got to be kidding me. Gollllllly!
Since you are the only person in the world who ever has claimed to be an investor with that group maybe you should substantiate your claims and provide documentation on the properties that you have received their help with.

Too Funny!
I suppose that’s why this company has been ordered to stop giving seminars in some states and are under investigation by states attarney offices, huh?
Sounds like you’re trying to scam people acting as a sastisfied customer while trying to pick up on some suckers to me!
This company has one of the worst reputations out there and have never be able to provide any proof of funding any deals anywhere! They do have however, a good number of complaints about them NOT funding deals as promised and after people have paid their $500 to them!
So here’s your chance to prove everyone wrong. Come back and post about your deal you get that they fund for you and provide the REAL address of the property so it can be checked out! Put up, or shut up! It’s your call fella!
PS.
How can you say it is worth it when you have claimed to have just attended the seminar and not done a deal with them yet??? Hellooooooooooo!!!
