Hey everyone~
I recently got a call from an advisor from Nationwide Real-Estate, whom I already am working with, he was trying to have me be a part of their “success team”. Sounded great, but the only catch was a $6,788 investment. That much money for advice, seemed ridiculous. Well just wondering if anyone here has had the same experience, or any experience working with Nationwide Real-Estate.

Man!!They have gone up in price.I purchased a course from Nation Wide Real Estate Discounters about six or seven years ago for about $750. I was supposed to be able to use their money to buy “qualified deals”. I found that finding a “qualified deal” was next to impossible.There is no way I would ever give these guys nearly $7000. I would suggest investing your $7000 in some property instead. There is plenty of GREAT FREE advise for you to learn from.

Well I can definetely tell you a little. I joined about a month and a half ago. So far I think I may have spent the money a better way. Let me break it down. My total was 6495 (they say that goes to executive mentoring 3495 marketing website 500 Flash technology 1000 real estate pro software 1500 )The mentoring is through a company called pmi coaching and it does get you going and you do have access to an expert at all times . They do tell you what you need to do to be successfull in real estate investing it is almost like one long personized seminar. But I am also just trying to make up for what I already spent so at this point I will give it my all. But let me tell you nationwide and renovate america to me appear to be &%$##@$%^&* if you know what I mean. So good luck in whatever you decide . Just wanted to let you know it isn’t exactly what it appears .
