To go to York, go to exit one. Left into town. Turn right onto rt 1. Then Take a left through town. 1/2 mile is town office on left. Ask there for directions. Been awhile since I was in York but that should help.
Not sure about clubs but I know there is a landlords Association in Portland. I have never been but try talking to a Realtor. They would know how to get in touch with them.
