You will find an abundunce of investors by joining your local real estate investors association. Also, try calling on the “We Buy Houses” ads in the paper…these will also be investors/rehabbers.

Where are the best place to go find people who want do rehabs? I want to find investors also? What is the best way to find any of the mentioned? It seems like it should be easier then this to find these people? I am mostly looking in Chicago!
