hey guys, i did search but i still have a question. after my search i found a few contradicting things. others asked what type of insurance is proper for a rehab. i found posts stating non-owner occupied and vacant inurance. other posts stated you must have builders risk for any rehab.
ok heres my situation. my partner and i are going to rehab a home. we are doing all the work ourselves as it is all cosmetic. will i still need builders risk? i wanted to ask you guys before some insurance salesman tells me oh you need to have this more expensive coverage etc. thanks!
