Hi,

I am a contractor in Southern California and I have been rehabbing homes for banks for years now. But now I would like to learn how to purchase these rehab homes for myself. Can somebody give me some direction as to what books would be worth purchasing for learning this type of investing? Thanks alot, and I look forward to hearing from you!

I second Carries reccomendation. It is the number one book I reccomend.

You may want to check out RobynThompson.com, she is the rehab queen, well respected and has done a LOT of projects. She has a lot of training material available.
