Thanks for your speedy reply. It gives me a base to start with. Anyone else have a rehab/repair checklist?

Hi All! I’m looking for a rehabbing checklist to make sure that I don’t overlook any items needing repair or replacement when looking at a property for rehabbing. If you have such a checklist for repairs/rehabbing I would really appreciate a copy. You can email it to me at the email address leg108@nospam-cox.net (take out the ‘nospam-’) or fax it to 352-264-1603. Many thanks and happy investing.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did go thru the articles; twice really. There are articles that talk about rehabbing and repairs but I didn’t find any that offered a checklist as such. I do have the articles that covered kitchen and bathroom cabinets etc. Did I just miss one that has a checklist? Do you remember a particular article?

That is a quick list off the top of my head. Others may have more detail.
