Go to Articles, there are great steps to rehab. Get them yourself. free of charge.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did go thru the articles; twice really. There are articles that talk about rehabbing and repairs but I didn’t find any that offered a checklist as such. I do have the articles that covered kitchen and bathroom cabinets etc. Did I just miss one that has a checklist? Do you remember a particular article?

1.5 Windows and Doors replaced
1.6. - permits
- electrical
- plumbing
- insulation
5.5 install bath tubs - dry wall
- dry wall finish work
7.6 paint interior
7.5 install interior doors - carpet and vinyl
- trim work and baseboards
9.5 kitchen and bath cabinetry etc
10 show and sell
That is a quick list off the top of my head. Others may have more detail.
