I’m going to be forming a corp. (probablly)in my real name. I would like to use an assumed name to sign checks for the bank account, business cards, advertising, etc…

How do I go about doing it that way.

Should I just publish it after I incorporate or does it need to be done at the onset of filing the AoI’s.

Also can me/my registered agents address be a Private Mail Box Number. I thought I read somewhere before that it couldn’t be a PO Box.
For instance it would be 3600 W 111TH #422

You file for a dba or trade name certificate after you incorporate. Whether you can use a commercial mail receiving agency is up to the Sec of State. My state (Colorado) says ok. Check with your sec of state office.
