Recently we rennovated a 3BD/2Ba home in chicago, we had to refinance it due to timing issues to meet mortgage and loan payments. However, can you still sell the property if I find a qualified buyer. I am guessing that it would have to be through seller financing - I am not really familiar with it, if so how do you structure something like that?
