I recently completed a short sale on what used to be my primary home. Was forced to move out to another home which is owned free and clear. How do I take out around 60-80% Equity so I can buy some investment properties? Anyone offer these types of loans here, send me an e-mail. Of course my credit is shot from the short sale. I’m in Northern Cali by the way. Thanks.
