Johnny,
Unfortunately, a lender that may lend to you, will not be interested in advancing you any cash. The reason is obvious, if you can’t afford your payments now, how do you plan to make higher payments with a further cash advance.
You may convince, Beneficial, HFC, City Finance, Associates, or even American General to lend you enough to bring your payments current until you can sell the property. Another source would be a hard money lender.

I purchased a house for 19,900 and rehabbed it with a hard money loan I put about 10,000 with my own money to get it
finished. It appraised for 56,000 in January.
I had it on contract to sell and the lady could not get financed. I am living in the house know and I want to get it refinanced. I have been more than 120 days late one my
mortgage payment but I have good amount of equity in it.
My FICO score is low.
I have owned the house over a year now. Do you know a mortgage company that would refinance me if I am in arrears
on my mortgage and still get about 75% refinance. Please let me know the interest rate is 18% and I have a second also of about 3500.00 the first is 26,000.
