I’m in CA. I’m considering a marketing campaign where a broker would assist in paying for a flyer mailed dropped-off at the owner in foreclosure. The owner could call me to buy their house or the broker if they wanted to get a swing loan. I don’t get any compensation if they get a loan with them.
Does this cross any ethical or legal lines?
