Hi:

I am interested in finding property for people who want to do lease options or rentals.

Is there a course for this with forms? I have found and bought several for my husband and me but am ready to retire but want to still make a little money on the side when I want to work.

What is the normal fee and how can I protect myself?

Thanks!

It appears you intend to be a real estate agent without a license. This is a No No that could cost you much court time and $$$$$

Hi Max:

Actually I am a real estate broker. I would think there is a way I could find properties for people without having to buy and flip it but I don’t know how. That’s what I would like to find out.

Thanks,

If you own your own brokerage, then you can do what you’re talking about all day long.

Actually, why not just do straight options and collect an “Option Release” fee.

  1. Basically you just ink a deal with the sellers for a straight option.
  2. Get you buyer to sign the deal with the seller directly.
  3. At closing, Have seller sign an “Option Release” Agreement for the sum of “x” dollars to "Cool Nancy(NC)… =^)
  4. Go find the next deal.
