I’m not an attorney so it’s worth what you paid for it.

  1. They would sell “redemption rights”. Don’t know about specific forms.

  2. Upon redemption, the property returns to the condition it was in immediately before the gavel dropped, with all liens attached.

  1. What is the “former” owner of a proberty able to sell or assign to another party during the redemption period? What type of contract(s) would you use in this case?

2)If a homeowner loses his/her property at auction but subsequently redeems the property, does the homeowner now own the property free of all of the junior liens?
