There was a post here a while ago about foreclosure listing sites, I forget who posted it.
Anyway, they mentioned how some site go out of business after a few months, leaving you high and dry, especially if you paid for a longer duration.
You probably have someone in your county court house that does the reseach for local foreclosures and lis pendens. You should ask at your local registry of deeds, if you choose not to do the research yourself.
I have compiled a list of regional auctioneers and banks sites that publicize their real estate for sale, all of which I found surfing the net.
For starters, look at the HUD website.
