I was combing a homes magazine the other day and much to my surprise there was a realtor advertising for Carlton Sheet’s beginners. Of course I was elated to run across such an ad and have dog-eared the page for reference. I have studied the course for the second time since 1997. I’ve recently purchased 3 books by various authors and have completed 2 of them. I’ve read the “how-to” articles at this website and even printed numerous ones. It is still my opinion that in order to “wheel-n-deal”, one must be a “seasoned” invester to intelligently approach a potential buyer with most techniques. It also appears that most of what I have read thusfar does not or either vaguely addresses potential risks involved. This lack of information could be hazardous to a novice investor. Perhaps it’s necessary to spend between $150 and $700 buying other programs to gain that knowledge…I don’t know… Anyway, I will contact that realtor that’s advertising Carlton Sheets and see what she has to offer.
