I am 22 years old and just getting into investing and got my first pre approved mortage to get started. Now I am having a hell of a time finding good info on property and finding good values in Dade COunty area. Has anyone used this site? Is it worth the money for 1 year? If it provided what it says it would be great but I have no way of telling. Any help would be great.
