You might give some thought as to what the LTV of your mortgages are, and how seasoned they are. If you are trying to sell new mortgages at high LTV you’re probably not going to have much success.

Iam so… tired of investors looking to buy paper then backing out or stalling. Are there any real players out there looking to buy good credit paper? If there are I wish you would contact me I take back approx 2 second mortgages a month.
