You should spend hours reviewing these contracts and getting tips from investors on what they put in their contracts…this is not a last-minute slam-bam type of thing. Once you’ve painstakingly reviewed your work, have a local attorney review it for flaws. Failure to do so would be extrememly dangerous to you.

I am just getting started in Real Estate and I am interested in flipping properties. I need to get my hands on some contracts for both the seller and the buyer. Where can I find these contracts? Also, can you give me any tippers on how I should go about this to keep myself covered legally as well as my customers? Any and all help is appreciated.
