Hi:
Can someone tell this newbie how to get more information (step by step) on wholesaling without buying an expensive course? I am a nurse who works full time, looking for a way to spend more time with my kids. I would appreciate any help with this.

try Steve Cooks “Wholesaling for cash” it is relatively cheap and has good information in it. You can also read Wholesaling archives on this board

Thank you. I bought Eric Medemar’s guide, but I must be extremely dense, because I still have so many questions…

Hi Lisa, what questions do you have? Probably one if not the best instructor on the topic of Wholesaling is Vena Jones Cox.

I bought Eric Medemar’s Ultimate Wholesaling System as well, it seems to have answered every question that I had. Very informative. What questions are you still wondering about. I have done 3 deals in the past few months so I have a bit of experience now.
