Try Tom Lucier’s new book, How To Use Real Estate Options To Control Undervalued Properties. It’s very thorough with no b.s. I bought my copy at amazon.com. Hope this helps!

I need your help! Is there any books available on real estate options?

Are you looking for basic information or complete how-to courses? Books cost 10-20 bucks. How-to courses run several hundred dollars. If you brand new, I’d start with a couple of books before you start investing heavily in creative REI. This way you’ll be better informed before you start looking at the how-to of it all.

There’s lots of books out there that explain the jist of cretive REI inclding straight option and lease-options. Books by Robert Allen are probably the state of the art on the subject.

Lost of people offer courses. For my money Ron Legrand’s courses, which run several hundred dollars each, are well-written, no-nonsense, and complete.
