How much is a typical real estate property management fee for a commercial
property- shopping center, office building etc. for a 6 mil property. And what is
required of the property manager?
Does the fee come off the NOI or gross?

You probably do onsite management for 5-6%, offsite for
about 7-8%. But don’t get caught up in how much but
rather the look hard at the policies of the company and
their track record. Also, have the right to bid out
repairs to an outside contractor if they exceed $500.
