No RE license is required if you’re doing L/O deal for yourself as a principal…the RE license would only be required if you were doing some doc as an agent for a 3d party principal. That can only be done legally by a RE licensee or licensed lawyer.

I have become heavily involved in some investment transactions. My license is on inactive status as of now. I want to renew and reactivate my license - what liabilities will I have if I am doing a lease option with a customer with one of my properties?
