The course really works. You do need to work at it and try all your options, if you want some help feel free to email me i can show you some short cut i have learned. GOOD LUCK!

I thought Carleton Sheets’ course was very valuable. The problem that I had, living in Eugene, Oregon, is that single family homes sell for so much, that you can’t get a positive cash flow. Cap rates on multi units here are only about 6 or 7%, also.
