Hi my name is Ben and I am just beginning my real estate career. I am 21 and live in Seattle and am looking for partners in the Seattle area to work with. I bought the CS course and I have bought a few other books. But I believe that reading and doing are two different things. So any advice or mentoring would be appreciated from anyone.
