Hey everyone! As someone who’s been involved in the tax side of real estate for a while, I’m curious—what strategies or tax considerations do you think are the most important for investors right now? I’ve been seeing a lot of talk about 1031 exchanges, cost segregation, short term rental loophole and REPS, but is that where the interest is? What are you all focusing on for maximizing returns and minimizing tax liability? Would love to hear what’s been working for you or if there are areas where you’re looking for more insight. Happy to discuss or exchange ideas!
As a side note, Ive been getting messages on here asking if we are currently accepting clients. Currently we are accepting clients, if your interested in a real estate focused accountant go over to taxwisecorp.com and fill out the contact us form. If were a fit to work together we will reach out.
